Group Leader : Sandra Dean
Our Spanish Intermediate Plus group is a lively, welcoming space for confident learners who enjoy stretching their language skills. We meet every Tuesday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, gathering in members’ homes throughout the year for two hours of shared learning and conversation.
Sessions follow a varied programme that includes speaking and listening, reading and writing, and exploring the language in real-life contexts. Everyone in the group shares a genuine interest in the Spanish-speaking world, and our conversations often branch into culture, travel, literature, art, music and current affairs.
We also enjoy connecting with others across the wider U3A community who share similar interests, making this group both sociable and enriching.
