The month-long campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity for carers and highlight the benefits of moving more.

in Boston for Dementia Action Week
Connect to Support Lincolnshire will be providing informal advice and information in Boston next month as part of Dementia Awareness Week.
Adult social care’s early action and support teams will be at St Botolph’s Church in Boston on Wednesday 20 May from 11am until 3pm where you can find out about local support services and the modifiable risk factors that can help reduce your risk of dementia.
