Our AGM will be held on 9th November at the Festival Hall at 9.45 for 10.30. We would appreciate it if you could try to attend as we are legally obliged to have a certain percentage in attendance to vote on key items, and it is your chance to ask any questions. If we cannot reach the required number of members present, we would have to reschedule the AGM on another date.
Attached is information that we must circulate to the membership in advance; it consists of the Agenda, Annual Report, Examined Accounts, last year’s AGM Minutes and proposed Committee members. This information will be posted on our website also.
