‘It’s not what you say’ was chosen by a member survey recently and delivered by a company called Mirthy who have 100 different subjects to choose from
Today we learned why politicians button up their jackets before a speech; why the make members of the Royal Family keep their hands behind their backs; what the significance of the hand shake is; the art of pointing, and why it takes so long for a woman to vacate a parking space when you are waiting for it!
Mirthy advised that 70 members registered for the talk which is a success and worthy of repeating if our members wish it. So please let me have any feedback on today’s event to speakerfinder@westwoldsu3a.org
