CHANGES TO OUR GENERAL MEETINGS FROM APRIL 2022

Keep Fit Group Christmas Lunch
On Thursday 2nd December, 14 members of Dawn’s Supple Seniors met up for a Christmas lunch after the Keep Fit Group’s session at the Advocate Arms. Everybody enjoyed the meal and a lot of witty banter was exchanged. It rather negated calories burned in the exercises we had done earlier.

Speaker Donation
Last months speakers from the Lincolnshire Police Department who gave us the talk on Cybercrime wished for us to give a donation to a local charity EDAN Lincs, rather than paying them for the talk.
